That today has been satisfactory

On the good news side of things:
I have followers! Thank you, Jasmine!
I spent an hour talking to my "older brother" who's actually just a
really close friend of mine.
I started beadweaving a bracelet. It didn't go too well at first, and
I ended up breaking the needle. I think I might have gotten the hang
of it now.
It's my sister's twenty-first birthday.
My best friend's mom's surgery is tommorow.
I found an app that I can text on (my rents won't buy me a cell phone
until I'm sixteen).
I learned enough of the words to "Photo Booth" by the Carter Teins to
sing along.

Bad news:
I have "Photo Booth" stuck in my head.
I didn't get any writing done today... Including the rough draft of a
five paragraph essay about Great Expectations due a week from today.
I told myself I'd go to bed on time tonight... yeah, that didn't happen.
